Gervase Bushe’s Clear Leadership model is an exciting new approach for developing collaborative forms of organizing. His book, ‘Clear Leadership’, has been written in straightforward language without over-simplification, and it attracts an increasing readership. A Dutch translation is forthcoming. At the recent World Appreciative Inquiry Conference (WAIC 2012), Bushe gave a keynote speech. His presentation and book triggered my interest, due to the thoughtful clarity and Gervase´s use of ‘interpersonal mush’, a term that brings a sparkle and a grin to my face. During the interview, he discusses significant events that made him rethink and explore new thinking. This helped him develop the ‘Clear Leadership Model’
